Common Questions
What happens to my clients if I cancel?
If your subscription ends, clients you've gifted Premium or Pathfinder access will drop back to their personal tier (Free, or whatever they purchased themselves). Their data is never deleted.
Can a client see my results too?
No — the connection is one-directional. You can see their profile; they cannot see yours.
What does a client see when they connect?
They go to your profile page, review an explicit consent notice, check a checkbox, and submit. They can disconnect at any time from their Settings page.
What is the gift quota?
Each month you can gift up to 5 Premium and 2 Pathfinder accesses to clients at no extra cost. Unused gifts roll over to the next month.
Can I increase my client limit?
The default is 20 clients. Email us at [email protected] and we'll increase your limit for larger coaching practices.
